August 2016

From Facebook...

8/11/2016 - For those who have made their kid clean out the poop in their underwear...has it ever actually worked so they no longer go in their pants?? I have done it several times with my 3 1/2 yr old and it doesn't seem to sink in. Been in the bathroom with him for over 20 mins now. Took him 10 mins to take his underwear off. 10 mins now of him "cleaning" it off. Which consists of him crying non stop standing there saying, "It's hard! I can't!"

8/14/2016 - And we're back to three in diapers!

8/16/2016 - Big brothers are great. Except when they sneeze and cough in their newborn brothers face. Congested baby today and a mommy with a headache due to lack of sleep. Blah!!

Daddy loving on the baby (and lying on me) after he just had a meal.

Chase started third grade and Kyler started first this month! New school too.

Daddy put it on Cayden's head. He cried every time it fell off. LOL. Chase got it back on his head the second I took the picture.

Of course, because Cayden had it on, Travin had to have one on too. LOL

And now for the baby overload!

He is so sweet with him. Anytime he sees him, he comes over and softly strokes his head or gives him a sweet kiss.💕

Daddy loves his baby snuggles. Dang it, we really tried with that binkie. 😔

Eamon is saying his prayers.

Cayden loves his little brother!

My cute little puppy!

So we were losing hope that we would ever find a house for us before we had to move out. In fact, the new owners were sweet enough to let us rent from them for a couple of extra weeks so we could find a place. My friend, Katrina, recommended her realtor to us. I was hesitant because we were in no position to buy a house. I didn't realize they could find rentals for you as well. We went and spoke with her. At one point, she asked if I had looked at AHRN.com for housing. It's a webpage for military to find rental properties. I had no idea we could even still look since Kylann was no longer in the Army. But we did. We found a few places to check out. Then this one stood out to us. I was not hopefully, and figured it was probably a scam, but we went to the house and met the landlord.

Right when we walked in and saw the staircase, we looked at each other. Then we saw the backyard and we were sold! It was huge! Oh and while we were outside talking to the landlord, I turn around to see a little naked butt! Travin had decided he had to pee! Haha! I am proud of him for not going in his pants, but I had to explain to him, that we use the potty when we have to go pee. And that we need to keep our bums covered. Oh man!! How embarassing!

The front living room. The vinyl stripes aren't there anymore. My decorating skills are horrible though. So it doesn't look this nice at all anymore.

Cayden and his little cousin, Efrain were hanging out. Went to the house to drop some things off. Kylann's siblings came to help out.

From Facebook...

8/23/2016 - Well, we are finally in our house in Layton, UT. Even though, it was a bit stressful with trying to manage the kids while packing and loading, I have many people I am so thankful for, for helping out. We had meals brought to us several times last week, so we didn't have to worry about it while packing. Our sweet next door neighbor even brought us lunch on loading day. Someone watched the kids for us for a few hours on three days that week. An awesome friend drove her family an hour out of the way to help us pack and load. I am grateful for the one other person who also came to help load the truck...I don't know his name. I even had a fb friend find the number for our bishop. SO grateful for our BIL, his brother and my SIL (and my nephews) who came out to help Kylann unload super late on Saturday. And for the people from our new ward who came out late on Monday to unload. I think Kylann may be in the hospital now if he had to unload it all himself. (I tried to help when I could). For a friend giving us a place to sleep last night and providing breakfast. We are so grateful for all the help we did recieve and we are so excited to have a nice home to live in. And the kids have an amazing yard to play in. We are planning on not doing this again for at least four years. Fingers and toes crossed?

These boys! LOL...Doesn't Kylann have the funniest laugh?! I love it!

It's so creepy when babies sleep with their eyes open.
