8/7/19 - Travin lost his front tooth. Just a few more days before the other one comes out.

8/7/19 - Duck lips without even trying. lol...Poor baby has a fat lip. (He fell off the couch and smacked his mouth on a toy.)

8/8/19 - So per my doctor, I need to go off sugar, gluten and dairy.

I haven't a clue how to do it without completely changing my taste buds. And how the heck can I cut out ice cream??!!

Anyone have any good websites they like to follow? Preferably for those on a low budget too.

8/10/19 - So I finally got my refill on my thyroid meds after being off for several days. I got one dose in and now the bottle is missing. I either set it down in a weird spot or one of the minions was playing around with it. I have been in exhaustion/non-function mode for several days. So sorry for anyone I forget to text back or anything. (This disease sucks!!)

8/12/19 - FINALLY, an adult version

Here are 32 questions for Grown Ups!

1.What bill do you hate paying the most? - Credit Card

2.When was the last time you had a romantic dinner? - No clue! We rarely get to go on dates anymore.

3. What do you really want to be doing right now? - Vacationing in Europe (or anywhere not too hot) with no kids. 

4. How many colleges did you attend? - Two

5. Why did you choose to wear the shirt you have on right now? - It's comfortable and I'm at home.

6.Thoughts on gas prices right now? - Honestly, I rarely pay attention anymore. It is what it is. We ways drive, so we will always have to pay them.

7. First thought when the alarm goes off in the morning? - You mean my children? They are my  alarm clocks. My first thought is, go back to sleep, I'm not ready to adult yet.

8. Last thought you have before you go to sleep? - Why am I going to bed so late again?? Ugh! I wish I had the energy to workout and get rid of this fat. How can I find a way to make some extra money so I can eat the way I am suppose to. Tomorrow I am determined to get my house cleaned. What can I do to keep my kids occupied son I can actually get crap done? And lately, AHHHH! School is starting!! These kids need to get back on a good sleep schedule. Why am I going to bed so late??!!

9. Do you miss being a child? - I miss not having as much responsibility. But for the most part, nope!

10. What errand/chore do you despise the most? - Washing dishes and laundry. I never used to mind laundry until I got a zoo in my house. 

11. Up early or sleep in? - Sleep in!!

12. Found love yet? - Yes!

13. Favorite lunch meat? - Salami or chicken salad

14. What do you get at Walmart every time you go? - Produce and eggs

15. Lake or Ocean? - Ocean

16. Is marriage outdated? - No

17. Ever crashed a vehicle? - With me driving? Yes. Small accidents. I was in one bad accident with my husband driving.

18. Strangest place you've brushed your teeth? - Next to a car. Maybe even while in the car once. lol

19. Somewhere you've never been but want to go? - Hawaii, Scotland, Ireland, England, China

20. At this point in your life would you want to start a new career? - I wouldn't mind actually starting any kind of career, but with six kids, it's not possible. 

21. How old are you? - 38 for a couple more months at least.

22. Do you have a go to person? - Just my husband. I hate asking others for favors. Don't want to bother anyone.

23. Are you where you want to be in life? - No. But someday I'll get there, hopefully.

24. Growing up who were your favorite characters? - Carebears, Gummy Bears, Shera

25. What about you do you think has changed since you were in high school? - Hopefully a lot

26. Looking back at high school were they the best years of your life? - No way

27. Are there times you still feel like a kid? - Mentally, yes. Physically, no.  

28. Did you have a pager? - Yes. It was the cool thing to do. 

29. Was there a hangout spot when you were a kid? - Yup! The mall and Roller Kindgom. And in HS in South Dakota, we drove up and down main street. lol

30. Were you the type of kid you'd want your children to hang out with? - Yes and no. Depends on what age.

31. Was there a teacher or authority figure that stood out to you? - Third grade, Mrs. Haenel

32. Do you tell stories that start with "when I was your age"? - Yes! lol...Never thought I would.

8/14/19 - First day of school for half of my minions. Three more weeks and I will only have one child home for half the day! I won't know what to do with myself.

8/14/19 - So the 1st and 4th grader had a great day. My sixth grader hated school.

8/15/19 - Travin(6) - "Mom, Eamon farted."

Eamon(3) - "Hehe! No I didn't. Trabin did!! 

Me - You farted, Eamon? Eww!!"

Eamon - "No, Mom!!" Shoots me with his lego gun.

Cayden(4 1/2) - "Don't shoot my mom!"

At least one of them cares to protect me. lol

8/20/19 - When you accidentally send a text to the person you might be buying something from about negotiating the price and money in your bank account. It was suppose to go to my husband. (This was for a used Honda Lawnmower. We thought we were getting a great deal, but we only got a couple of uses out of it before it broke down. He did give us the price I asked Kylann to negotiate).

8/22/19 - I have been asking around, but I haven't had much luck. I know it's now last minute, but would anyone be willing to watch my 3yr old and 1 yr old tomorrow morning. My 4 yr old is getting an MRI done in the morning, so it would be early. I leave to drive my kids to school and husband to the train station around 7:45am. I need to be at the Hospital by 8:30am. He is being sedated, so it will be about 3-4 hours. Is anyone available to help out? I can pay you a little, but won't be able to until next week.

8/23/19 - Since I couldn't find childcare, I ended up having to reschedule my son's MRI today to next Friday at 8:30am. Is there anyone local available to watch my 1 and 3 yr old?? I would be a bit early. Like 7:40/45am. He is being sedated, so they said to plan for 3-4 hrs. I doubt it will take that long. It just depends on how well he wakes up.

8/24/19 - Thanks Legacy Pediatric Dentistry for tonight! (And shark Cayden). My kids had a blast!! My kids have the best dentist! They rent out a pool for the evening and have a huge party for all their patients and family.

8/26/19 - Things I put up with at the dinner table. (Ignore the messes).

8/27/19 - Cute, boogery skinny baby. This boy could live outside if I let him.

8/27/19 - A few pictures from my mom's visit a few weeks ago. We're glad you came out, mom!

He decided to run in the water. Unfortunately it was a very muddy spot and he tripped and fell in. His face cracks me up! He was not happy about it.

8/29/19 - Just need to make part of my costume and I'm all set for Halloween. Anyone want to take a guess as to who I will be?

(Supposed to be Sarah Sanderson from Hocus Pocus. I never did get around to making that costume. I need to lose a lot of weight first.)

I tried it on Travin and Kyler. Blackmail when they are older. Hehehehe!

8/30/19 - Why would I be scheduled for an appt an hour and half earlier than what I was told?? So frustrated!! Layton Hospital needs to get their act together!! I can't keep trying to find child care for this appt.

(I "lost" my time slot. My appt was for 8:30am. They set it for 7:00am. I got a call at 7:25, that I missed, cause I was rushing to get everyone ready to go. I called them back at 8:15 when I noticed. I confirmed it twice with them when I made the appt. I even specifically asked if I needed to get there earlier and they told me, no and to just be there at 8:30. It was for Cayden's MRI. They said they could still take him at 12pm. But I can't make a 4yr old fast for THAT long. That's just mean. Plus, I had to get the boys at school at 1. I was so frustrated, that I just told them to forget about it all.)

8/31/19 - Have children they say....It will be fun they say....And this isn't the only part of the lawn they tore up!
