11/29/10 - Watching Alvin and the Chipmunks...Chase started crying and freaking out when they got captured by Ian.
2/5/11 - I lied down on the couch and told him that mommy's head hurt. He came up to me and said, "Owie? Is hurt?" I would tell him yet and he would say, "Okay" and give me a kiss. He did this a few times while I was lying down. Then he picked up a blanket and put it on me (sort of). Then he grabbed a nail file and was fixing my owies. LOL...Not sure why he thought a nail file would help, but he proceeded to touch each finger with it, my arms and my feet. It was so sweet and made my day.
5/2/11 - Something Chase did several months ago...I was asking him what movie he wanted to watch and I asked him if he wanted to watch Brother Bear. He says back to me, "Wyler bear?" Haha! Yes, Chase that's right. :o)*Lately Chase's favorite thing to say is, "What you doing?" ALL the time!! Even if we've already told him what we are doing about 10 times already. :o)
5/9/11 - He calls the i-pod, "my-pod."
6/18/11 - He'll yell, "Mommy, MOOOmy, MOOOMMMYYY!" And then tell me something he's doing or something that Kyler did. Even if in the middle of that, I've answered him, he keeps yelling until he has my undivided attention. I have to be looking at him.
6/22/11 - We're potty training and he asked what the toilet was doing when it was refilling up with water. So I told him, "The potty was talking to him. And was happy that he went." Haha! So now every time, he says, "Potty talking, Mommy."
*When he goes #2 on the potty, no one can be in the room. He'll yell at me, "No, you go!" Excuse me! Guess he wants some privacy. ;o)
8/18/11 - If Kylann is picking on him or talking to mommy (about anything), he'll say, "Stop it, Daddy!"
9/24/11 - I was looking around for jobs for Kylann and came across one in Hong Kong. So I asked Kylann if he wanted to move to Hong Kong and Chase screams, "NO! I no wanna Kong Kong!!" Haha! It cracked us up.
1/16/12 - Kylann was farting in the kitchen and Chase pipes up, "Daddy, stop pooping!!"
7/17/12 - We were eating dinner the other night and Chase was jabbering on about everything. He is constantly talking while we have meals. Amazing he gets any food in at all...Anyway, out of the blue he says, "I talk all the time...And I don't stop." Makes me laugh every time I think about it.
*Several weeks ago I was talking to Chase about the baby in my tummy. "He made a face and said, "You eat him?"
*I was talking to Chase about where the baby is going to come out of and he laughs and says, "It come out you butt!" Haha!
*He is constantly coming up to me and "tickling the baby." It's kind of cute. He really loves babies. He points them out to me everywhere we go. And he's saw, "Aww, it's so cute Mommy."
*A couple of months ago I was having a hard time and really missing Kylann while he's away with training. Chase comes up to me and says, "You love Daddy, Mommy? Don't cry, I right here." And he wiped my tears and gave me a hug. Sweetest thing he's ever done. Of course it made me cry more. ;o) Love that little man.
* Chase saw this picture and had a very concerned look on his face as he said, "Somebody CUT him! That's not nice! Not at ALL!"...LOL
12/31/13 - Chase has a hard time saying Travin sometimes. When he says his name, he sometimes says "Tran." Now Travin has a nickname. ;)
7/8/213 - So Chase and Kyler both got attacked by mosquitoes when we were in Austin last week. Chase said today, "I need food to stay alive and the bugs eat all my food!" Meaning, the bugs ate all the food in his body through his skin...LOL
11/9/19 - Several weeks ago he asked, while I was making dinner, "Mom is the underwear ready?" 🤷♀️ Haha!
2/2/20 - "Is anyone going to eat this kitchen? I mean chicken."
