8/28/15 - Every time we pull out the blender, Travin uses the cabinet for his own little hideout. He decided to eat toast in there today.
This little man was so sleepy for about a week. He had a small fever and just always wanted to be held.
Big brothers helping to pat his back while I took care of Travin.
We took him to the doctor since it had been going on like this for too long. Plus, we are always a little more concerned with this guy because of his heart condition. His temp was at 102.6 degrees. Oxygen levels were fine. They decided to give him some IV fluid. While we were in the treatment room, someone from our ward was also in there with her two little girls. Her baby was really sick. I think she was younger than Cayden if I remember right. So while she was busy with the baby, I helped to keep her older daughter occupied with the Kids App on my phone. She loved doing the photo filters. This girl was seriously the cutest, smartest little thing.
Since he was still so lethargic after the IV fluids, they decided he needed to go the hospital. They wouldn't let me take him and had him go by ambulance. They claim it was "for his safety." More like for their liability. I needed to get the car back to Kylann so he could pick up the older two at school. His fever broke before we left the doctors office and he started developing a small rash on his trunk.
He had been crying hard. I think it might have been after they put his IV in. :( I hate it when my babies do this in their sleep.
One of the few times I got smiles out of him. He was definitely feeling better here. This was his growling face.
Kids took a break in the little play area they had there when Kylann brought them to the hospital.
The doctors diagnosed it as Roseola. I think he was released the next day.
We watched the sweet little 3 year old for a few days that I was playing with at the doctors office. She flirted with Chase.
And then one day Cayden was crying and she started singing to him. He immediately stopped. Sweetest thing ever!!
He's definitely feeling better.
Not sure how this is comfortable...
Kyler was told to go to his room cause he was acting up. Well, he ended up throwing a huge rock they had collected at their TV!!!
