From Faceboook...

Thought it was about time to announce this...Yes, we are just as shocked as you are.

12/18/15 - Cayden is now in in the high 75th percentile at 23.11lbs. He's 14m old!

12/18/15 - Job found. Possible house found. Just need enough money to last us until first paycheck. Gonna have to take a leap of faith and hope we can move in before Christmas. 

12/20/15 - Candy still hasn't come to visit this year. She is stuck in our storage unit. But she will hopefully make an appearance about two days before Christmas.

12/22/15 - Heavenly Father always works so last minute with us. Thanks to our church, we are being completely taken care of with getting into our house. On top of that, groceries, Christmas dinner and some money for gifts. We have been so blessed. I can't stop crying. Merry Christmas everyone!

Cayden finally started taking steps this month. Instead of taking steps without encouragement, he tries running instead. Lots of videos coming up.

 Moving day! We moved into a little three bedroom townhouse in Payson, UT. We were pretty spoiled in the townhouse we had in El Paso. But we needed our own place. It was getting too hard to have two different families in a one house. Plus, we really wanted to have Christmas with just our family. We are forever grateful to Mandy and Manny for opening up their home for us. It was a HUGE blessing for our family.

I think he refused a nap again and ended up falling asleep early. Or it might have been moving day and he was just exhausted from the whole day. I know he didn't get a nap that day.

On December 23rd, the day we moved into our new place, we were heading to meet with our bishop in Springville to get the money from the help they were offering. As we were driving there, it started snowing again. It had been snowing long enough that it made it a little bit slick. Well, as we were slowing down due to someone turning in front of us, someone hit our car from behind. Right in front of someone's house. They were just pulling into their driveway and they came out to check on us. The sweet family that lived there offered to let us come in and warm up. Turns out she had all boys as well, was close to my age and into holistic things. We were in one of the same FB groups too. In fact I am still friends with her on FB. She's great! Oh and her son was in Chase's class at school.

Manny came home from a work project with this Love Sac that someone sold to him for like $10 if I remember right. The kids loved it!! I really wish we had one of these for our play room!

I was "shhh-ing" Cayden and he started imitating me.

This month was hard as was last month. We had to move a couple of weeks earlier than expected due to misunderstanding with Kylann and another soldier. I won't get into it since this is a public blog now, but it was ridiculous and made me so angry!!! Anyway, we had to get an extension with housing when we were moving out due to the fact that we had very little help with cleaning and loading the truck. 

This is some damage the kids did that we had to fix when we moved out. We were the last appt for the day for our housing inspection and it went really fast. And they were a lot less anal than I thought they would be. 

 All of our trash and leftover boxes that we had to have a friend come pick up and bring to the dump for us. 

We knew we wanted to move to UT, but we had a really hard time finding Kylann a job and finding a house to rent. Kylann's sister and her family let us live with them for a couple of months until we found something. On the way out there, it started snowing so we had to stop at a hotel. It didn't turn to to be as bad of storm as we thought. This was what it looked like in the morning.

Grandma Penrod sent the boys a little gift. They had a blast putting the stickers all over them.

We tried out a pizza place we hadn't been to before. I can't remember the name of it. But it was really good!! The kids loved it too!

Since we didn't know how much longer we would be staying at Mandy's we decided to enroll Chase and Kyler in school.

11/23/15 - The first day I picked them up, Chase got in the car and said, "School was so fun!!" Not sure I've ever heard this come out of his mouth before. I am so glad he finally has a great teacher this year. I have heard she is amazing. I'm excited for this school year.

Cayden figured out how to climb Aunt Mandy's scary stairs. He ended up falling down them once if I remember right.
