August 2013

This month, Chase started going to all day school. Kindergarten! He was so excited!!

From Facebook...

8/26/13 - My oldest baby started all day kindergarten today! It's gonna be weird without him home. And Kyler is very sad he couldn't stay with his best friend.

As you can see, Kler wasn't very happy about it. He wanted to stay and play with the playdough at Chase's table. LOL

He picked out this shirt. Now he won't wear it cause one of his friends pointed out that the toast had a butt. LOL

A guy in Kylann's unit took this picture of him. First time I've seen him in all of his gear.

Kyler is ready to go to work!

I can't get enough of this cute face!!

One morning I woke up to find this had happened in our laundry room. Of course it had to happen while Kylann was away at field training. No idea how it happened!! But man, was it a pain to clean up!

"Umm...I don't know."

Kyler decided to try feeding his baby brother. Travin wasn't sure what he thought about it. LOL

Happy little boy!
Chase got mad at him for something and through a big dump truck at him. :(

One day, I got the crazy idea to have the boys share a bedroom again so they could have a playroom and I wouldn't be stepping on toys every time I went into their bedrooms. So far, it's been working out ok. The only hard part is we have to have them go to bed at different times. Then once one is asleep, the other goes to bed. Otherwise, they will literally be up for hours goofing off! Even with no toys in the room!

I think I now have a pictures of all three of my kids doing this. Love it!!

Here is a video of it....

Sleepy baby

The boys were being goofy in the car, trying on daddy's hat.

Something about holding a sleeping baby that just makes you tired yourself. Yes, this was in church. LOL

So our housing community had a day where they had students from a beauty school come in do back to school hair cuts. Bad decision on my part. I ended up having to shave them both. Oh well. Guess we'll just stick to doing their hair ourselves.

Our fist tomato started growing! Yay! We had four potted tomato plants in our yard. They actually grew pretty well. When it started getting colder, I ended up forgetting about them too many nights and killed them. :( Oh well. I plan on planting again once it gets warmer.

Chase and Kyler both had a chance to take ISR swim lessons. I think they needed a refresher course cause it didn't seem to help them much.
