So we woke up Christmas morning and I got the kids ready, video camera set up and we had Kylann's mom come over to watch them open gifts. Then Kylann made us all a VERY late breakfast of apple pancakes w/ vanilla syrup, sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs. YUM!! We then got ourselves ready for the day and headed over to Grandma Kleese's house for more gifts and food. We spend a couple hours there. Mandy (Kylann's sister) called while we were there too. So we got to talk to her. She's doing great for anyone that is wondering. And she comes home in September. For any that don't know, she is on an 17 month mission for our church. She is in the Independence, Missouri mission and is currently in Kansas City, KS. She loves it!!
So after Grandma & Grandpa Kleese's house, we headed out to Kylann's dad's house in Avra Valley. About 45 minutes away. We had dinner there and spent the rest of the evening with them. We also had a bonfire that night. Chase had a blast with it! He loves to visit Grandpa Penrod. Kyler had a fun time with all the dogs too. They have about 10 dogs on their property along with three horses. For some reason I only too pictures while we were out there. Both boys passed out on the way home. We had a tiring but wonderful day!

Grandma Ronda put Chase on top of Taco. He's such a sweet dog, it didn't bother him at all. Kyler started cracking up when Taco covered his face. LOL

Hi Jen- don't worry your comment didn't freak me out. I don't know if we have ever formally met or not but I have definitely heard of you (all good of course. Feel free to peruse (is that a word?) my blog any time=). Cute boys by the way and I am envious of your Arizona winter weather right now=)
