We didn't plan anything for his birthday this year. I just didn't have the energy or money. Plus, he's young enough to not know the difference anyway. We may just take him to Chucky Cheese's later this week.
Here are a few pictures of him throughout the past two years of my little man's life...
Here are some things he's been up to lately...
-Of course getting into EVERYTHING and anything he can
-Realizing he can climb on taller objects (mostly things he's not suppose to be on)
-Learned to climb out of his bed and play with his toys instead of sleep
-Realizing he really can open the door to his bedroom and sneak out during nap time
-Pushing, hitting and grabbing toys from other children (and his parents)
-Does NOT like to listen to no at ALL. He even laughs at mom when he's being disciplined.
-Loves to show off. If he's the center of attention, he's very content.
-Loves to imitate Daddy with everything! He even tried kissing mommy on the lips a few times after he saw Daddy do it. :o) (He also tried to do that to Daddy too)
-Loves to turn on the faucets in the bathroom whenever he gets a chance!
-Loves to pretend to cook
-Likes to give hugs and kisses. Especially to his baby brother.
-Loves to give cheezy grins for the camera
-Loves to flirt with girls (always has actually)
-Being a good big brother
-Learning to be gentle
-Slowly learning to share
Some words he now says...
-Mommy
-Daddy
-Nana
-My may (Grandma)
-Peez and Me (Please)
-Pay coo (Thank you)
-Trash
-Ball
-Joo (Juice or Drink)
-Co coo (Food..we think. Or maybe cooking or cookie. No idea how he came up with that.)
-Eee (Eat)
-Ewww
-Puppy
-Toot toot
-Beep beep
-Car
-Shoe
-Kee kee (Blankie)
-White (Light)
-Bee
-Bucky (Broken)
-Thar is (There it is)
-Baby
-Wawa (water
-Die (Diaper)
I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting. He's picking up words a lot lately. He usually tries to say them, when we ask him to.

It has been a VERY tiring two years, but is slowly starting to get better. He is learning SO much right now and I only hope that I'm doing my part in helping him develop. Most days I don't feel I am. And by the end of the day, I think, I should have done this with Chase, or I should not have done that, or I could have done that better. As much as he stresses me out, I always have to stop and realize he's still a baby and he's just trying to understand this crazy world we live in. I hope he doesn't ever feel that he isn't loved or cared about. We both love this little guy so much and it would kill us if he ever felt that way. If he ever did, to me that means we're not doing our job as parents. We have been blessed with raising two of Heavenly Father's children on this earth and I don't want him to ever be disappointed in us for not doing our best.
Happy birthday, my little man! Mommy and Daddy love you more than you know!

He's two! We should've had a party when we were out there. I didn't even think about it. Ezra still says Chase during playtime every now and then. We miss you guys!
I know, we should have! We decided a couple of days ago that we're going to have a little party for him at Chucky Cheese's next Saturday. We're pretty much just inviting family. You guys should fly out for it! :o)
