Daddy's Visit to UT

Kylann came to visit in October for a weekend. The boys had a blast jumping all over him! They were pretending they were doctors. Haha! It was too cute!

Pumpkin Picking!

When Kylann came to visit us in UT one weekend, we took the boys to pick out some pumpkins. They loved it!!

Kylann started picking on this goat. I tried to get it on
video and picture of him
doing it, but he was too quick.
What
a goof!

Chase found this kitty that lived on the farm. It was a very sweet cat.

I was very sad, we didn't have room to bring the pumpkins we got. Nor did we find the time to carve them before we moved. :o( Luckily I was able to find a couple pumpkins out here, that I plan on carving here soon with the boys. I was going to do some Christmas carvings, but that didn't happen. Oh well. Love the Fall!

Halloween

Grandma Penrod bought the boys their Halloween costumes this year. Perfect, huh? LOL

This was at our Ward Trunk-or-Treat. Of course their
eyes have to be closed.

Chase his best friend, Coleman and Kyler at the
Trunk-or-Treat. Eyes closed again. LOL

Chase was handing out candy before we left for trick-or-treating.

Oops! Wrong hand, Chase.

There we go...

I guess he was tired and decided to sit down for a rest
on someone doorstep. LOL

Little cutie, Coleman as Batman!

They would go up to doors that had no light on and ring
their doorbell 20 times. Stinkers!

My costume for about 20 mins before the knobs
started coming off. My friend Nancy made this a few
years ago. "Bun in the oven." Get it? LOL

Injured soldier!! LOL...Chase got a bit tired at one point and
decided to rest on someone's lawn....Oh how I miss grass!

My good friend Amanda (Coleman's mom) and I. The boys decided to take
their head pieces off. So we tried them on. Haha! Miss you lots, Amanda!

A scary house...Not sure what they were doing.

There was a house that had a motion sensor that started screaming and making scary noises at you. Kyler was terrified of it! Wish I had gotten a picture of it. It was actually quite funny. As we were leaving that house, he started yelling at it to stop being scary! LOL. We were out for two hours trick-or-treating! My feet were killing me.

Our visit to Tucson...

At the end of August, we had the opportunity to travel to Tucson so we could see Kylann. It was a nice break and SO wonderful to see Kylann. The best part was, I didn't tell the boys that we were going to see him. So they were super surprised!
When we went to pick up Kylann, I got Kyler out of the car first. And then I was trying to get the right setting on my camera since it doesn't do well in the dark. I didn't notice that he was already walking over to us. Kylann called out Kyler's name and he immediately saw him, said, "DADDY!!", then ran over to him. They were both SO happy. It was awesome! Kylann was worried Kyler had forgotten him.

We went to dinner that night and then had to take him back to the barracks. But then the next day we picked him up and he was able to spend three nights with us for a holiday weekend. We had a blast. The boys were SO happy to be with their daddy.

                  Kylann was a little sunburnt...

We went to visit Grandma Penrod and she gave the boys their Halloween costumes that she found for them.

Our niece, Sophia...

Our nephew, Merlin the boys and I got to meet him for the first time. He's a cutie!

Sophia loved her cousin, Merlin. Merlin, wasn't so sure...LOL

Grandma and Merlin

The boys loved Grandma's dog, Kiddles. Chase had a bad allergic reaction to her, unfortunately.

This is the what Kyler was doing in the background. If anyone was wondering. LOL

Kyler and Chase trying on Grandma's jewelry

We stayed with our friend, Sandee for most of the time. The boys love it there.

I took the boys to a fun play area that had jumping castles and blow up slides. The boys love it!

At one point, Kyler went to the corner and pouted. Little did I know, his feet ended up unplugging the jumping castle he was next too. Oops! How embarrassing! But  really, you'd think they'd have covers for those outlets.

Exhausting day for Chase

Our last night seeing Daddy...

I love this picture!!

Kyler wouldn't give Daddy a kiss, so Kylann grabbed him and gave him one instead.

My sexy soldier

On the drive home. Chase was NOT tired. LOL

It was a long drive there and back, but we made it. Thank you SO much to the Telford's for letting us bum a ride with them. I hope we weren't too much of a burden on them.
