Jobs...

Things have been pretty rough for us lately, but we're trying to have faith that it'll all work out. Over a month ago, Kylann got laid off from his job with Northwest Exterminating. It's taken him a long time to find something new, but he did start a job yesterday actually. He is working for a company called, Delta Group (I think). Basically he deals with the big cargo for airline companies. This was one of two offers he got. It pays a little over a $1 less than the second offer, however, it started right away and we need the money. It's going to barely cover our bills each month. The other job doesn't start for another few weeks. We are still hopeful that he may be able to work part-time at this other job, but we don't know whether that's an option yet. The perk to this job is that we get free airline tickets! All we have to do is pay for the tax. So hopefully we will be able to slowly save enough money so we can go to Hawaii or something. We are still waiting to hear from the Border Patrol. The last step is the background check. We are very anxious for this to start as we will then be able to finally get back on our feet again. AND hopefully Kylann will have found a career. And one that he enjoys. He is great at whatever job he does, but is way too hard on himself sometimes. I wish he knew what an amazing man he really is.

Kylann had to shave his goatee when he got the job with the Exterminating company, but he was allowed to have a mustache. I wasn't very fond of it, but got used to it. He is planning on growing his goatee back, so he didn't shave for over a week! You can't tell very well here, since his hair is so light, but he was pretty darn scruffy....I would love for him to shave it all off, but he's still a stud, no matter what!..................... Anyone know how to change the color below in posting info? I can't seem to figure it out...

Hail!

So it hailed like crazy today!! As most people know, AZ doesn't get that cold, so this was surprising. It looked a bit like snow when it hit the ground, so I thought I would snap a picture....

So, Chase has this new thing lately where he sniffs in and out really hard and snorts. He makes the funniest face when he does it. It cracks us up! He kept trying to grab the camera when I took this, so I'm glad I got it!

What the heck am I doing?

I have no idea how these blog things work, but I thought I would give it shot since almost everyone I know has one! I just kind of feel left out. So here it goes!
